Vendor Space
  • All spaces are 10x10 and tents with weights are required.

  • Setup time for vendors is 7:00am-8:30am. 

  • Vendors must be completely set up and ready to vend no later than 8:30 AM.

Vendor fees

Vendor fees pay for road closure, permits, licensing, insurance, administrative services, printing & design fees, supplies, taxes, website fees and a living wage for all involved in operations. 

  • Full Time: $75 per market, same space all season. 

  • Occasional Vending: $100 per market, spaces will be assigned on-site at set up.

  • Booth sharing is allowed, please include information for both.

  • We offer a 10% discount to all applicants who identify as a person of color (POC).

  • Puyallup & tribal members may request a scholarship.

  • Youth 17 and under are free.

Steps to prepare for market season
  1. Follow La Paloma Marketplace on Instagram and Facebook before applying

  2. Complete vendor application

  3. Pay fees within 48 hours of receiving approval

  4. Adequate signage with your business name

  5. A tent or canopy for weather protection

  6. Weights are very important for tent stability

  7. Display tables & trash receptacle

  8. Compliance with state & local regulations (ie, business licenses, etc)
